The critical challenge the Zionists face in new phase.
In the past three and a half years, in the midst of a deep split in the internal society of the Zionist regime on the one hand and the intensification of Palestinian resistance operations on the other hand, the Israelis have faced a different political, security and social path since the beginning of their occupation in Palestine since 1948. have been placed so far.
The new Israeli cabinet headed by “Benjamin Netanyahu” consists of far-right parties with the presence of two extremist and racist leaders who practically form a fascist government. Apart from the consequences that this extreme approach of the new cabinet of the occupying regime has on the internal arena of occupied Palestine and the lives of Israelis and Palestinians, the new political developments of this regime confront the Zionist leaders with numerous internal and external challenges that can lead to the disintegration of the existence of Zionism.
Israel’s internal and external challenges in the new phase
– The far-right cabinet of the Zionist regime, headed by Netanyahu, intends to make significant changes in the form and content of the judicial system of this regime, as a result of which the position of legal advisor to the cabinet will be removed, as well as fundamental changes in the composition of the Supreme Court. Also, the decisions of the judiciary must be under the control of the Knesset (Parliament of the Zionist regime). These conditions will definitely lead to the end of the role of the judiciary as an independent institution, which in addition to affecting the performance of the Israeli army in the West Bank, will also cause great damage to the position of this regime in the international arena.
– The decision of Netanyahu’s far-right cabinet to expand settlements throughout Palestine, especially a large part of the West Bank, will have many internal and external consequences for the Zionists. At the end of his last cabinet term in 2021, Netanyahu said that he agrees with the settlers’ request to annex the West Bank to the occupied lands. At the current stage, Bezalel Smotrich, the extreme leader of the “Religious Zionism” party, who is one of the main members of Netanyahu’s cabinet and intends to take over the Ministry of Finance, has emphasized the need to expand the occupation in the West Bank and merge it to the occupied lands.
