The colonial system paves way for the multipolar world.
The recent speech of the President of Russia regarding the destruction of the colonial system led by the United States and the creation of a new multipolar world has attracted the attention of the Arab media. On the other hand, the visit of Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan, as the first visit of a Saudi foreign minister to Tehran in the past 17 years, has drawn analysts’ attention to the steps taken by the two countries to normalize relations.
Abdolbari Atwan, a prominent analyst of the Arab world, wrote in his editorial in Raei Alyoum newspaper: Russian President Vladimir Putin’s recent speech at the St. Petersburg meeting was a nuclear speech and expressed Putin’s sense of victory in the Ukraine war. In this long speech, he mentioned nuclear weapons or the direct and indirect threat of using them at least three times.
The message of Putin’s speech to the world was that the current colonial system led by the United States and in favor of a new multipolar world is about to be destroyed. In this world, there is no place for the domination of the dollar and neglecting the third world and the poor, and the member countries of the BRICS group form its main pillar.
Putin’s speech in St. Petersburg is considered his most important speech since the beginning of the Ukraine war, and it can be concluded that Putin is sure that he will not come out of this war defeated and that his nuclear threats are serious.
