Saudi secret struggle to gain nuclear weapons. China and Israel help Riyadh The US media reported yesterday that some influential senators are drafting a bill to prevent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from acquiring a nuclear weapon.
The US envoy is seeking to release reports and intelligence indicating Saudi covert nuclear efforts.
For example, National Interest warned in an article titled “Saudi secret nuclear site in the desert” that “if the United States fails to convince its ally in the field of nuclear and uranium enrichment with more serious dangers and problems than “He faces them in Iran, he will face them.”
“Currently, Chinese-Saudi cooperation in building a nuclear program in the Saudi desert has raised serious concerns in the White House,” the website said.
China has reportedly provided covert equipment to Riyadh to help develop Saudi Arabia’s nuclear program.
In addition to reports, some unofficial positions close to the Saudi ruling establishment imply the monarchy’s ambitions to acquire a nuclear bomb.
In the latest comments, the famous Saudi prince “Turki Al-Faisal”, who has a history of chairing the Saudi intelligence service and is considered by many analysts to be the unofficial language of the Saudi government, said that Saudi Arabia and the GCC countries if be inclined, are able to have a nuclear weapon because they have all its capabilities.
Prince Turki Faisal does not mention these capabilities, but Western intelligence sources say that Saudi Arabia, which has recently established close ties with Israel under the pretext of Iran, has begun secret nuclear cooperation with Tel Aviv.
The sources revealed that recently a delegation of Israeli nuclear scientists headed by Professor Mark Karliner, director of the Research Center of the Raymond School of Physics and Astronomy, and Beverly Soccer of Israel secretly traveled to Saudi Arabia. Mark Kaliner, who recently became a member of the CERN Council and the European Center for Nuclear Research as Israel’s representative, visited some of the kingdom’s key nuclear facilities and provided guidance on strengthening the nuclear program.
High-ranking Saudi officials have vowed that if Tel Aviv cooperates with Saudi Arabia in acquiring a nuclear weapon, it will not threaten Israel’s security but will only be used to deter and confront Iran.
