Al-Istanbul called the Lebanese election a dream come true of the two axes: the United States and the resistance, and the project of Washington and its allies to create insecurity and civil war in the country. he ate.
Fars: How did you assess the atmosphere of the Lebanese parliamentary elections? Was the space ready for these results?
Al-Istanbul replied: “There is no doubt that all parties in Lebanon, whether the Americans and their allies or the axis of resistance and its allies, considered the elections an important battle. The Americans considered the defeat of Hezbollah in this election campaign as the first and most necessary step; A step that will be followed by more important steps. The American axis expected to take the most important steps after the formation of the parliamentary majority [without the presence of the resistance forces]. To achieve this goal, they used all their political, financial and security resources. The first and foremost American intention of such intensive political planning was to disarm the resistance and seize Hezbollah; A program that was the common goal and desire of international interventionists in Lebanon [the American-European-Israeli axis]. Hezbollah and its allies knew the American plan in detail; So they prepared themselves in the best possible way to deal with it. Accordingly, the main Lebanese parties prepared for the parliamentary elections. It was according to this readiness that the Lebanese national and resistance parties fought against the American axis, and because of the good preparation of Hezbollah and its allies, the results were achieved which put their superior hand against the Washington axis; “This was a victory despite some marginal failures [of Hezbollah’s nationalist currents], which, of course, did not upset the balance of power.”
