Jeddah meeting and the result of the photo for Washington; The period of differences has come to an end for Iran and Arab countries.
In an interview with a news agency, a senior expert on security issues, referring to the possibility of an opening in Iranian-Arab relations, stated that the US president failed to create a coalition with the presence of Tel Aviv against Tehran.
In an interview with an international reporter, Jordanian Brigadier General Bassam Rubin and a senior expert on security issues answered questions about the results of US President Joe Biden’s visit to West Asia, his visits to the occupied territories, and the events of his presence in Saudi Arabia. You can read the details of the conversation below:
Fars: The heads of Tel Aviv had high hopes for the visit of the American president; Do you think Biden’s trip could help the overall situation of the Zionist regime?
The expert on security issues said: “The issue is not only Tel Aviv’s hope for this trip; Because the Zionist enemy and America are two sides of the same coin. Biden did not deny this and even committed to Israel’s security and guaranteeing its power. He even declared his Zionism more than once. I think here that the intelligence services of Israel and America together failed in their assessment of the situation in the Arab countries [at this point in time]. Because they thought that the Arab countries were ready to participate in an alliance that included Israel and was designed against a Muslim country (Islamic Republic of Iran).
Fars: In the last few months, the Zionist regime was heavily involved in internal tensions between politicians. Considering America’s support for people like Netanyahu, who is currently the leader of the opposition in the cabinet, do you think Biden can solve these internal tensions in Tel Aviv?
Rubin stated about the state of political differences in the occupied territories: “Definitely, the leaders of the Zionists are all right-wing and they all have a grudge against Arabs and Muslims in their hearts. Therefore, it is impossible for them to have a dispute regarding a matter that belongs to Arabs and Muslims. What passes as conflict and tension between Israeli political elites does not concern us, the Arabs, as long as their goals and mission are the same. This is also the reason why we see their flexibility in dealing with all the residents of the White House, both Republicans and Democrats.”
