Israel’s greatest unsolvable challenges in 2023.
With the beginning of 2023, the Zionist regime enters a situation with multiple security and strategic challenges. Of course, this is the situation that the Zionists have been experiencing for more than two decades, but this time there are factors that make the situation more difficult and complicated for the Israelis than in previous periods. Especially, in the new phase, there is a difference of opinion among the Zionists at the level of internal strategic discussions and even at the practical level, and they are not able to adopt a single strategy to face the challenges.
Although the Zionist regime under the support of the United States has tried to achieve advanced technologies in the economic and industrial fields, it suffers from a fragile security situation in the shadow of the existence of numerous and explosive issues, at the head of which is the Iran nuclear case. This security challenge of the Zionist regime also applies to Lebanon’s Hezbollah, and despite the drawing of maritime borders between Lebanon and occupied Palestine, the Zionists still feel the shadow of a military confrontation with Hezbollah.
Perhaps, in the meantime, the internal situation of occupied Palestine and the intensification of armed resistance in the West Bank, which have become a serious problem for the occupiers and have not found any way to overcome it, is the most dangerous and imminent security challenge that the Zionist regime is dealing with these days. In the same way, the central and important role of the Palestinians in the occupied lands of 1948 and the resistance groups of the Gaza Strip in creating a challenge for the Zionists should not be ignored.
The sharp split in the Zionist society, which has worsened with the establishment of a far-right cabinet, is another dangerous challenge for Israel in the new phase. But before explaining these challenges, it is better to get acquainted with the recommendations of a group of Zionist experts in strategic political affairs in the training workshop that was presented by the institution known as the “Politics and Strategies Institute” in the occupied territories. These recommendations are presented under the title of “long-term strategy” in order to find the design of a “comprehensive internal security” strategy related to the future vision and various goals, as well as the order of the priorities of Israel’s future policy.
The aforementioned recommendations from Zionist experts include a call for closer strategic cooperation with the United States; Because this country is the biggest supporter of Israel. Also, according to these recommendations, Tel Aviv should design a new strategy to continue talking with the Americans through different channels about all issues. In addition to that, a serious effort should be made to strengthen and develop relations with some countries in the region in order to eventually create a regional coalition to deal with Iran.
