From Cyprus to Africa: Mossad and imaginary victories.
“Mossad thwarted attacks on Israeli tourists and businessmen in Tanzania, Ghana and Senegal by the IRGC’s Quds Force,” the Israeli press and media, including the Times of Israel and Israel’s Channel 12, reported. They added that the perpetrators of the attacks were trained in Lebanon and used by the IRGC’s Quds Force.
We can understand the need to mention the names of Iran and Hezbollah in all Israeli statements; In fact, it is because of the victories of the resistance that destroyed the myth of the “invincible army” forever. Now, the Zionist regime is very cautious about entering any war with the axis of resistance and plans for it with all care and seriousness.
We also find that this failed regime seeks imaginary victories in order to make up for its defeats against the axis of resistance. The battle of Saif al-Quds is the best proof of this claim. The occupying regime lost the battle of besieged Gaza. The army of the Zionist regime, which was once invincible, is now begging for a ceasefire in Egypt.
We also understand the regime’s efforts to insult the axis of resistance, especially Iran and Hezbollah. This regime tries to accuse the axis of resistance of committing crimes, while these crimes are the hallmarks of this regime, which kills women and children and calls it victory.
But what we do not understand in this news is that what is the political achievement of killing ordinary people such as tourists and businessmen for Iran and Hezbollah? And why do the Quds Force and Hezbollah train and train for the assassination of ordinary people, when it can easily kill these people without the need for training? Why does Iran engage in actions such as killing tourists and businessmen that have no result other than notoriety in the world?
This ridiculous news reminds us of more ridiculous news; The office of Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett stated that “Israel thwarted Iran’s attempt to assassinate Israeli billionaire Teddy Sagi in Cyprus.” But hours later, some reports, including Israeli ones, reported that Sagi had been assassinated a few months ago over debts to his Russian trading partners. Sagi is the founder of two gambling companies and recently had a financial dispute with his Russian partners.
Cypriot media reported that Cypriot police arrested a Russian citizen and that Cypriot security services initially suspected that the man was working for Iran and intended to target Israelis. But then the truth came out and it became clear that the man with the Russian passport was a hired killer who wanted to assassinate Sagi. Thus, it became clear that Mossad’s victories in Cyprus and Africa were nothing more than illusory victories.
