General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Commander-in-Chief of Pakistan Army has said that we will continue to support the struggle of the brave Kashmiri people and we can never forget the struggle of the brave Kashmiri people, terrorists will never be allowed to destroy peace. ۔
According to ISPR, the Army Chief offered Eid prayers with troops deployed on the Line of Control and prayed for peace and prosperity of Pakistan. Corps Commander Rawalpindi Lieutenant General Azhar Abbas received the Army Chief.
General Bajwa visited Timergarh area of Lower Dir district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Corps Commander Peshawar Lieutenant General Noman Mahmood received the Army Chief. The Army Chief was briefed on Pak-Afghan border security situation and border management.
The Commander appreciated the high morale and operational readiness of the officers and men. The Chief of Army Staff appreciated the assistance of the Civil Administration by the Pakistan Army in dealing with Corona. Addressing the troops on the occasion, the Chief of Army Staff said that the struggle of the brave Kashmiri people could never be forgotten Will not be allowed at all.
The Pakistan Army and law enforcement agencies will continue to play their role till the goal is achieved. The martyrs sacrificed their lives for the protection of the motherland. Peace has been established in the region after the sacrifices and hardships. The Army Chief said that as a soldier he was proud to serve the country on the front line.
He said that the security and well-being of the people of Pakistan is the top priority of the Pakistan Army. The Army Chief said that the sacrifices of Kashmiris should not be forgotten, the time has come to end the human tragedy like Kashmir and this issue should be resolved in accordance with the aspirations of the Kashmiri people and UN resolutions.
