The All Parties Hurriyat Conference in Occupied Kashmir has issued an important statement on the Kashmir issue, saying that India should desist from its stubbornness and terrorism as the Kashmiris have been given the right to decide their own future by the United Nations. Without it, they will not leave China at all.
According to details, Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar, working vice-chairman of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference in Occupied Kashmir, said that Kashmiris have the right to determine their future in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions signed by India. ۔
According to Kashmir Media Service, Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the All Parties Hurriyat Conference firmly believes that Pakistan as a party to the Kashmir issue has always made sincere efforts for peaceful resolution of this long standing dispute but unfortunately. The door to a peaceful solution to the problem has always been closed due to India’s stubbornness.
He said that the All Parties Hurriyat Conference was closely monitoring the steps taken by India and Pakistan to resolve the Kashmir dispute.
He said that Kashmiris must be included as the main party for the success of the talks. Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar said that for the success of the talks it is also necessary to create a conducive environment in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The responsibility falls on India.
Expressing deep concern over the deteriorating situation in Occupied Kashmir since the Indian move on August 5, 2019 to deprive the Occupied Territories of special status, he said that when India was criticized globally for its wrongdoings in Occupied Kashmir. When confronted, he vented his anger on the subjugated Kashmiris and made them even more angry.
Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar urged UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres to play his legal role in resolving the Kashmir issue in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions.
He said that in view of the catastrophic epidemic of Corona which has engulfed the whole of humanity and turned all war-torn countries towards the survival of humanity, it has become inevitable to resolve all disputes at the international level.
