Indian Police continues it terror campaign against Kashmiri youth, arrest 9 more Kashmiri youth
Srinagar (True News) In occupied Kashmir, on the one hand, the Indian army is fighting against the Kashmiri people, on the other hand, the Indian police are also torturing Kashmiris and the youth are being arrested and now Nine more Kashmiri youths have been arrested in the latest operation.
According to details, Indian police have arrested 9 Kashmiri youths during night raids in Sherry area of Baramulla district. The boys were on a picnic at the time of arrest by Indian police. There is grief and anger among the locals against this operation.
On the other hand, the All-Party Hurriyat Conference has expressed grave concern over the safety and security of illegally detained Kashmiris in the face of the rapidly spreading Corona epidemic.
According to Kashmir Media Service, General Secretary of All Party Hurriyat Conference Maulvi Bashir Ahmed in a statement issued from Srinagar said that a large number of Hurriyat leaders, activists and youth were arrested before and after August 2019 in Juthar, Kot Bhalwal, Jodhpur, Agra, Haryana. And other prisons in India and Jammu and Kashmir are under constant surveillance and there is a serious risk of a deadly epidemic.
He called on international human rights organizations to play their role in securing the release of Kashmiri detainees. Hurriyat leaders Khawaja Firdous, Bilal Ahmed Siddiqui, Devinder Singh Behl, Abdul Samad Inqalabi and the Jammu and Kashmir People’s League Separate statements said that the struggle for independence of Kashmir would not be successful at all through the ongoing arrests, atrocities and raids, searches and sieges by the occupying forces in and around the occupied territories.
Human rights activist Mohammad Ahsan Onto said the launch of the Amarnath Yatra on a large scale could pose a serious threat to the health of local people in the face of the growing Corona epidemic.
A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Youth Social Justices League visited the families of the martyred youth in Shopian to express solidarity with them. The delegation lamented that India has crossed all the boundaries of oppression in Kashmir.
