The High Court Bar Association in Occupied Kashmir has demanded the release of illegal prisoners and said that the Kashmiri leaders who have been illegally arrested and imprisoned by the Indian government should be released immediately.
According to details, the High Court Bar Association in Occupied Kashmir welcomed the release of Jamaat-e-Islami spokesperson Advocate Zahid Ali and demanded immediate release of all illegally detained Kashmiri political leaders. Released after illegal detention.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the High Court Bar Association in a statement issued from Srinagar reiterated its demand for immediate release of all Kashmiri Hurriyat leaders and activists arrested illegally before or after August 5, 2019 under false cases or black laws.
The statement also appealed to the courts to expedite the hearing of bail cases as directed by the Indian Supreme Court.
On the other hand, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference in Occupied Kashmir has said that India has no right to claim to be the largest democracy in the world because its Fascist government is not abiding by its judiciary and the prevailing legal system.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Maulvi Bashir Ahmad Irfani, General Secretary of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, said in a statement issued from Srinagar that India is practically a police state where law enforcement agencies are the ones violating the law.
Hundreds of Hurriyat leaders and activists have been arrested on fabricated and baseless charges, he said, adding that the illegally detained leaders and activists have been declared prisoners of conscience by Amnesty International and other human rights organizations.
