In Occupied Kashmir, The Demand to Revoke Sections 370 & 35A Started once again started Gaining Momentum
Srinagar (Sach Khabareen) The demand of the political parties of Occupied Kashmir to revoke the Sections 370 and 35A is gaining momentum and several political parties have started demanding the restoration of the position before August 5, 2019.
According to details, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference in Occupied Kashmir has expressed deep concern over the escalation of killings and arrests by the occupying Indian forces.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar, working vice-chairman of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, said in a statement issued in Srinagar that Indian troops were committing the worst human rights violations under various pretexts.
He urged UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and other international bodies to take stern notice of the large-scale killings, severe physical violence against civilians, destruction of property and illegal arrests in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The Hurriyat leader called on the United Nations and the international community to fulfill their commitments to implement UN Security Council resolutions on Kashmir.
Meanwhile, regional political parties in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir have been demanding restoration of statehood under Sections 370 and 35A.
Justice (retd) Hasnain Masoodi, Member of Indian Parliament and Leader of the National Conference, along with another Member of Parliament Kanwar Danish Ali, while talking to reporters in Srinagar, unanimously called for restoration of the position before August 5, 2019. ۔
He said that the loss of special status of Kashmir has further increased the sense of deprivation among the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Hurriyat leader Javed Ahmed Meer, Jammu and Kashmir People’s League, Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement, Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami and Islamic Organization of Independence from Srinagar In his statement, he said that Modi’s strict policy of Fascist Indian government has failed to break the spirit of independence of Kashmiris.
He welcomed the recent statement of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan and the decision of the Pakistani Cabinet to make trade with India conditional on the restoration of the special status of the Occupied Territories.
