DG ISI Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed has said that the situation could worsen if Afghanistan continues to make accusations. Our soldiers are being targeted.
According to details, the delegation led by Prime Minister Imran Khan met with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in Tashkent. During the meeting, DG ISI Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed presented many facts to Ashraf Ghani.
On this occasion, DG ISI Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed warned that infiltration was taking place from Afghanistan, our troops were being targeted on the Pak-Afghan border. I am present, if such allegations continue, the situation will not improve.
After the meeting, the DG ISI said in an informal conversation that Pakistan had made its position clear that Pakistan was working for a greater cause in the region for regional peace, regional security and regional trade.
Lt. Gen. Faiz Hameed said that the conference was much higher than the allegations made by Afghanistan. He hoped that soon all stakeholders would be on board and the situation would improve. The Prime Minister rejected the allegations of Ashraf Ghani and the Vice President of Afghanistan. It was said that Pakistan was seriously trying to bring peace to Afghanistan.
