Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Sialkot and Kotli. After reviewing the performance of the soldiers, he praised the professionalism of the soldiers and said that they are ready to deal with any threat and operational preparations should be continued in this regard.
According to details, a statement issued by ISPR said that Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Kasialkot and Kotli. On his arrival in Sialkot, Corps Commander Lieutenant General Syed Asim Munir received the Army Chief.
ISPR said that during the visit, Army Chief Jeff attended the closing ceremony of ongoing military exercises at the corps level, conducted traditional operational matters including defense operations. On the occasion, the Army Chief appreciated the demonstration of effective operational response strategy. Appreciated the response exercises in view of future challenges.
On arrival at Kotli, Corps Commander Lieutenant General Azhar Abbas received the Chief of Army Staff. ۔
Appreciating the commitment and morale of the soldiers participating in the exercises, the Chief of Army Staff lauded the professionalism of the soldiers. On the occasion, the Chief of Army Staff said that improvement in training is an important factor considering real and future. Preparations should continue.
