The government has prepared and presented a model of electronic voting machine to avoid election rigging. He also invited the opposition to come and see the model of the machine and if there are any questions, the government will provide answers through technology.

Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry informed that this electronic voting machine will not be connected to the internet, there will be an electronic voting machine at every polling booth, the machine is very easy to operate, the machine has a battery, no electricity is required.
He said that the Election Commission had given 36 conditions for the machine, all of which have been fulfilled, all parties should sit on election reforms and take a unanimous decision, because polling takes place and the result does not come till morning. The cost of the Election Commission at the moment is the same as it will be on these machines.
Fawad Chaudhry said that those who can use mobile will run this machine comfortably, we have made 49 amendments, the opposition should give their advice, it is not a solution to cry after every election.

He said that the electoral system of Pakistan has been suffering from cancer from the very beginning. After the directive of the Prime Minister, today we have brought a cure for the electoral system. We want to defeat rigging through technology.
