The All Parties Hurriyat Conference in Occupied Kashmir has strongly condemned the atrocities against the Palestinian people and said that the international community should take notice of the atrocities perpetrated on the oppressed people of Occupied Kashmir and Palestine.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopore while addressing a meeting expressed regret over the criminal silence of the international community and especially Muslim countries over the massacre of Palestinian people by Israel.
He said the killing of innocent children, the elderly and women by bombing was the worst example of state terrorism, urging the international community, especially the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to take effective notice of Israeli aggression against unarmed Palestinians.
In a statement issued from Srinagar, Khawaja Firdous, leader of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference and chairman of the Democratic Political Movement (DPM), expressed grave concern over the desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque by Israel and the senseless killing of more than 130 Palestinians. He strongly condemned the indifference of the international community in this regard.
He said that the so-called human rights activists of the world do not see Israeli terrorism and if this was what a Muslim country would have done, the world would have jumped on it and imposed sanctions on it.
Khawaja Firdous said that just as Israel has massacred unarmed Palestinians, India is doing the same in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that unless the Kashmir and Palestine conflicts were resolved, lasting peace and stability could not be established in the world. He called on the Palestinians who were martyred in Israeli attacks and the Kashmiri youth who were martyred by Indian forces in Pulwama and Shopian in recent days. Paying homage to him, he said that the great sacrifices of the martyrs would not be in vain and the day is not far when the Palestinian and Kashmiri people will be blessed with freedom.
Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement Information Secretary Shabbir Ahmed in a statement issued in Srinagar urged the international community to take notice of the ongoing Indian state terrorism in occupied Jammu and Kashmir and give the Kashmiri people their basic right, the right to self-determination. He said that Indian atrocities were continuing in the occupied territories and Kashmiri people were sacrificing their lives daily but the world was playing the role of silent spectator.
He called on the international community to hold a referendum in Jammu and Kashmir in accordance with UN resolutions so that Kashmiris can decide their political future.
He said that India could not suppress the Kashmiris’ spirit of independence through military force.
