This year is the year of the failure of American projects in Iraq.
According to Al-Malouma, “Adi Abdul Hadi”, one of the leaders of Al-Fath Coalition of Iraq, emphasized: that America is seeking to implement various plans and projects in Iraq, and the first and last goal of these projects is to weaken the country.
He further added: Destabilizing Iraq and weakening the country’s infrastructure, especially the service sectors in the field of energy, and the inability of the Iraqi government to respond to the people’s requests for energy and electricity are used as leverage by Washington against Baghdad.
Abdul Hadi added: 2023 can be read as the year of failure of American plans in Iraq; From Washington’s failure to obstruct the path of the Tehran-Baghdad agreement to import gas and activate electricity generators to the neutralization of the plan to create a crisis in Iraq through the use of the dollar and creating economic chaos in the markets of this country in the shadow of the skyrocketing food prices.
He stated: that America’s role in the Middle East is noticeably diminishing, especially since many countries no longer trust America because they consider this country to be the main cause of many crises and the growth of terrorist groups over the past four decades.
Ali al-Fatlawi, one of the leaders of the Al-Fatah parliamentary coalition, pointed to America’s seditious nature in the West Asian region and emphasized that the presence of the United States in the Middle East disrupts the internal and external security of Iraq and other countries in the region. Washington is now mobilizing the remnants of the Baath party, directing its mercenaries in foreign embassies, and redistributing its fifth-column forces in the ranks of the people with the aim of promoting the rotten Baathist ideology and targeting the current government.
He added that the Iraqi government should inform the people about the actions of the Americans because the people are against the occupation and the military actions of the United States in forming military units from foreign forces.
