The United States is a major supporter of ISIS and an accomplice of this brutal terrorist group in the region, which commits numerous crimes by destroying humanity and recruiting children in an effort to promote ISIS ideology.
The case of recruiting children has not yet been closed, and US forces are exploiting children in the name of “children of the alleged caliphate” as part of their plan to revive the ISIS terrorist group. Informed sources told since February 2021, Qassad prisons in and around al-Hasakah, which hosts ISIS terrorists, have been visited by British military delegations, and that the British, during their visit, managed the prisons, which are among Qassad leaders.
According to the sources, at the same time, US forces announced that they were planning to expand the prison in the town of Ghoyran in al-Hasakah and to strengthen measures around these prisons, new buildings would be built in the area, which the British would finance.
The same sources stated that one of the buildings that is to be developed and expanded is a dormitory for children with a population of about 250 to 300 ISIS children and adolescents, aged 14 to 16. Given this information, it is better to carefully examine and analyze the goal of the US forces in expanding the dormitory of ISIS children, which, of course, is the ultimate goal of using these children for terrorist acts in Bedouin Syria and Iraq.
The case of ISIS children, known as “Ashbel al-Khilafah”, is a complex case that has been neglected by the international community. The dangerous information is being spread about the existence of thousands of ISIS women and children who have been detained in Qassad prisons and US forces in northeastern Syria. Meanwhile, the reluctance of the international community and countries exporting terrorists to welcome these children and their families has fueled speculation about the political exploitation of the case, especially as the United States seeks to expand their detention and transfer them to bases in al-Hasakah suburbs. And then to the areas occupied by ISIS remnants in the Syrian Bedouin.
The ISIL children, who are being held in custody during the alleged ISIL caliphate, were divided into two groups of immigrants (to European countries) and internal supporters, and now their number has increased after the terrorist families were sent to ISIL-occupied areas in Syria and Iraq. It has increased that the Caucasians make up the largest population of these immigrants. Simultaneously with the rise of ISIS, special children’s camps were set up, and children whose fathers were killed during the conflict in Syria, as well as the children of foreign terrorists, were transferred to these camps.
Of course, US-trained children have not only been recruited by the ISIS terrorist group, but they are active in most terrorist groups in Syria, and the US military is currently trying to use them as part of ISIL’s resurgence plan in Syria and Iraq. The US move violates international human rights law and international charters that prohibit children from participating in wars and crisis areas around the world. According to Article 26 and paragraph, 2 of Article 8 of the Rome Statute, “Conscription or enrollment of persons under the age of 15 for participation in military conflicts is prohibited and is a war crime.”
