Zionist Supreme Court cancels judicial reforms’
According to Sputnik, the Supreme Court of the Zionist regime announced for the first time that a committee of 15 judges will review requests against judicial reforms.
The head of the Supreme Court of the Zionist regime has issued a statement and announced that all the judges of this court will participate in the review session of the “Repeal of Reasonableness” law, which caused a wave of protests in the occupied territories.
Experts have emphasized that it is expected that the Supreme Court of the Zionist regime will declare the aforementioned laws null and void; An action that will lead to a massive conflict between this court and Netanyahu’s cabinet coalition.
Eight legal petitions submitted to the Supreme Court of the Zionist regime are supposed to be reviewed on September 12.
Analysts have emphasized that there has never been a precedent for the Supreme Court of the Zionist regime to intervene in this regime to cancel the constitutional laws, but this time it will take action because the aforementioned law targets this court.
The coalition of Netanyahu’s cabinet is trying to cancel the laws issued by the Supreme Court of the Zionist regime, such as preventing the granting of ministerial positions to “Adrei”.
If the Supreme Court of the Zionist regime succeeds in canceling these laws, the right-wing members of Netanyahu’s cabinet will take extensive measures against the said court.
