Irish Representative Says They Must Recognize Palestine.

The representative of the Irish parliament added: “It is unbelievable to tell another generation of Palestinian children to wait.” Now is the time for the world to act, now is the time for Ireland to lead the way.
Emphasizing that the people of Ireland stand with the children of the Jenin camp against rape, occupation and racism (apartheid), Carty said: “This message of solidarity must be accompanied by action and the world must finally respond appropriately to Israel’s war crimes.”
He asked the Irish government to take real and concrete measures to show the world and most importantly to the children of Jenin that we are not involved in the systematic destruction of the Palestinian people. The representative of the Irish parliament criticized the government of his country for not officially recognizing the state of Palestine.
On July 12 of this year, the Israeli army continued its attacks on the Jenin camp located in the West Bank of Palestine for two consecutive days, during which it kidnapped a number of Palestinians and caused destruction in this area. In this attack, 13 people were martyred and more than 100 were injured.
After the two-day attack on Jenin and its camp, which resulted in an adverse reaction of public opinion in the Islamic world and the region, the Israeli regime soldiers carried out a martyrdom-seeking operation in Tel Aviv that resulted in the wounding of 10 Zionists, and the resistance responded with rockets from Gaza. It ended itself and the Zionist soldiers left this area.
