The Zionist regime’s anger at Norway’s solidarity with the Palestinians living in Jenin.
In continuation of the global condemnations against the brutal aggression of the Zionist regime in Jenin, the Norwegian foreign minister angered the Tel Aviv authorities by declaring solidarity with the residents of Jenin and condemning the violence of the occupation.
Sputnik news agency reported on Friday evening that with the Zionist military invasion of Jenin and the heroic resistance of the Palestinian fighters, which forced the occupiers to shamefully withdraw from this city after destroying the city’s vital infrastructure and killing 12 Palestinians and injuring and arresting hundreds of Palestinians, Norway’s foreign minister reacted against this military aggression.
According to this report, Norway’s Foreign Minister Anniken Hoitfeld expressed his solidarity and sympathy with the people of Jenin by condemning the regime’s anti-human crimes against the Palestinians in response to the invaders’ brutal attack on the city and camp of Jenin.
In this connection, the Zionist newspaper Yediot Ahronot reported that the Foreign Minister of Norway wrote on his personal page on Twitter by publishing a tweet: In the phone call I had with my Palestinian counterpart in the Palestinian Authority on Wednesday evening regarding the follow-up of the latest developments regarding Jenin, from solidarity (the government). And the people of Norway, I spoke to the people of Jenin against Israel and condemned the escalation of violence and any attacks against Palestinian citizens, and noted the use of military forces according to the law and humanitarian principles, and called for an end to the wave of violence against the residents of Jenin.
Following the anti-Zionist statements of the Norwegian Foreign Minister, the Israeli Foreign Ministry immediately reacted by issuing a statement against Norway.
It should be noted that in the recent comprehensive land and air aggression of the Zionist regime in Jenin, which began with the declared aim of destroying the headquarters of the Palestinian resistance groups and destroying the rocket and weapons production workshops in this camp, 12 Palestinians were martyred, 120 people were arrested and 100 People were also injured and the Palestinian resistance inflicted heavy damages on the Zionist enemy and shot down five quadcopters of this regime and blew up one of its military vehicles.
