Previously, CNN, quoting its anonymous sources, reported that American intelligence and security agencies had already warned the country’s congressional lawmakers about a possible conflict between Wagner (PMC) and the Russian government, and for this reason, Months ago, Commander Wagner was under American surveillance.

In the early hours of yesterday, Prigozhin, the leader of the Wagner rebel group, claimed that the Russian army targeted the group’s forces and that the attack was carried out from the rear lines, which shows that the Russian army was responsible for it. According to these unconfirmed reports, the head of Wagner Group promised to retaliate against Russia’s action. “The evil that the Russian military leaders are causing must be stopped,” he said.
Yevgeny Prigozhin, the commander of Wagner’s military group, also claimed that tonight we will deal with the case of traitors and criminals in insulting Russia, which is the person of the Minister of Defense and the head of the joint staff, and solve the attack on Wagner.
At the same time, the Russian Foreign Ministry warned against the West’s abuse of the current events in Russia.
