At the same time as the planes carrying the diplomatic delegations of various Arab and Islamic countries, have crowded the skies of Syria these days, another voice is heard from the sky these days; A voice that the Syrian people do not like. We are talking about the attacks of the Zionist regime, which have been more intense than before in recent days and weeks. At one time, they bombarded a residential house in the Kafrsouseh area of Damascus under the pretext of being close to an Iranian school. And at some point, it will target Syrian civilian airports in Damascus and Aleppo so that humanitarian aid does not reach the Syrian people.
Hossam Zidan, a journalist and political analyst, stated the reason for the escalation of Israeli attacks: “The Zionist regime has intensified its attacks on Syria because it wants to stop new political and diplomatic processes. In other words, he wants to influence the political atmosphere through military attacks.
He further explains this point further: “Recently, we are witnessing great openings at the regional, Arab, and international level towards Syria. This issue has provoked the anger of the Israeli enemy and he wants to show himself as one of the effective actors of this stage!”
According to this Syrian expert, Damascus has dealt more blows to the enemy with restraint and “strategic patience”: “I think the best response to these attacks is the same approach that the Syrian government is following. The main field of our confrontation with Israel is not in the sky and weapons and missiles but in diplomatic equations. We are imposing new political relations on the region and putting Israel in trouble. “The same regional and international alliances will continue to force America to withdraw from the north and east of Syria.”
The air defense of the Syrian army has so far repelled some of the Israeli attacks and intercepted the missiles, But so far no countermeasure has been taken.
