Islamabad: The government has decided to legislate on the power of automatic notice under Chief Justice 184/3.
According to the sources, the government has decided that the powers of suo moto action (automatic notice) by the Chief Justice will be changed.
Sources say that after the approval of the cabinet, it will be presented in the parliament. The government has called a joint session of the parliament on April 10, where this matter will be presented.
Meanwhile, the meeting of the federal cabinet under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is going on, in which the issue of automatic notice will also be presented.
