Recently, the news published on the American Centcom website, it has been revealed that joint exercises of the naval forces of 50 countries under the leadership of the United States are going to be started in West Asia from March 15th and 16th of this month. From the research of this news, it has come to know that the opening ceremonies of these joint naval exercises will be started from February 27. According to the details released on the US Centcom website, the naval forces of fifty countries will participate in the joint naval exercises, while a total number of seven thousand soldiers and thirty-five ships and thirty unmanned ships or similar types of inventions will be participated. These exercises will be conducted in the Arabian Sea, Gulf of Oman, Indian Ocean and East African coastal areas.
It should be noted that these exercises have been named as IMX-2023 and this forum was started in the year 2012. Last year also, naval forces of sixty countries participated in such exercises. Bahrain has been chosen as the center for the launch of these exercises.
