Lahore : The Lahore High Court has suspended the ban on Imran Khan’s speeches.
Justice Shams Mahmood Mirza of Lahore High Court suspended the notification of the ban while ruling on the petition against the ban on broadcasting of Imran Khan’s speech and statements by PEMRA.
The court sent Imran Khan’s application to the full bench for further hearing. Imran Khan had challenged the ban notification on behalf of PEMRA in the Lahore High Court. Postponed.
PEMRA had on March 5 banned Imran Khan from broadcasting his speeches and statements regarding allegations against state institutions.
