Saudi Arabia: We’re Ready For The Talks With Iran.
Prince Faisal bin Farhan, the foreign minister of Saudi Arabia, said that his country is ready for dialogue with Iran, in a statement that was published by several Arab media, including Russia Today.
At the same time, he claimed that the nuclear agreement with Iran is not an ideal agreement and the concerns of the neighboring countries should be taken into consideration.
Ben Farhan also described China as one of Riyadh’s biggest trade allies, and he also considered Riyadh’s relations with Washington to be very good.
Regarding the return of Syria to the Arab League, while acknowledging the existence of dialogue and negotiation in this regard, he claimed that it is still too early to address the issue of return.
Regarding the Palestinian issue, the Saudi Foreign Minister said: If the Palestinian issue is not resolved, we are facing the possibility of more violence.
Without mentioning the creeping progress of his country towards reconciliation with the Zionist regime, he claimed that Riyadh’s position on the Palestinian issue is clear and that it is the stability and security of the Palestinians.
The foreign minister of Saudi Arabia also said about the relations with the Syrian government: There are grounds for dialogue with Syria, for the return of this country to the Arab world, but it is still too early to address this issue.
