Bastrykin said in this regard: The investigation committee obtained information according to which the Kyiv regime, with the collective support of the West, encourages mercenaries to participate in the battle for the benefit of the Ukrainian side, which is prohibited by international norms.
He added: We categorized these mercenaries according to the rank of employment, training, and participation in combat actions with a bonus paid between 30,000 and 100,000 hryvnias (between 820 and 2,734 dollars).
