Japan provides mine detection equipment to Ukraine.
According to Sputnik, the Japanese media announced that the Japanese government plans to train Ukrainian mine detection experts and also provide mine detection equipment and devices to the Ukrainians.
“Yomiuri” newspaper, citing knowledgeable government sources, added that the Japanese government will conduct a training program for explosives experts with the Cambodian government, which has sufficient experience in this field.
According to this newspaper, in January 2023, Ukrainian experts and specialists will be invited to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, to be trained on how to use the most up-to-date devices and equipment.
In April of next year, a group of Japanese experts along with experts from Cambodia will be sent to Poland to continue their training program.
Adding to this, the Japanese government has decided to provide mine detection devices and equipment to the Ukrainian government and army in the spring of next year.
America, Japan and European countries have imposed many sanctions against Russia in order to counter the advance of the Russian army, while sending all kinds of advanced weapons to the Ukrainian army.
Since the beginning of Russia’s special military operations in Ukraine, the United States and its Western allies have provided billions of dollars in security and military aid to Kiev, which is estimated at $40 billion and can be compared to the entire annual defense budget of France. An action that has caused these countries to face problems to meet their military needs, and now, due to the economic problems caused by anti-Russian sanctions, European cities are gathering places of protesters against the policy of Western governments in support of Ukraine and NATO.
