In a 10-page complaint, this lawyer asked Judge John Bates to reject the controversial plan of the Joe Biden government to grant Bensalman sovereign judicial immunity.
He said that although it is common for judges to agree with the evaluations of the executive branch about the judicial immunity of heads of state, the case of Bin Salman has “fundamental differences” from other cases.
