Saudi Arabia’s General Directorate of Civil Aviation announced that it had received more than 800 complaints in October.
According to the report of Tasnim International News Agency, the Saudi Aviation Organization has filed more than 800 complaints in October.
Al-Akhbariya’s official website reported on Tuesday, citing the Saudi General Directorate of Civil Aviation, that the number of complaints against airlines reached 812 in October.
The Saudi “NAS” airline company was in the second place with 16 complaints and a 77% handling rate, and the “Adil” airline company was in the third place with 26 complaints and a 30% handling rate.
The Saudi Aviation Organization announced that the number of passengers at international airports is estimated to be less than 6 million people annually.
There is hardly any citizen or traveler who does not suffer from the poor service of Saudi air transport. Many travelers complain about flight delays, cancellations, employee misbehavior, poor internet systems, and high ticket prices in Saudi Arabia.
Passengers also complain about the poor support services and infrastructure of the Saudi Aviation Authority and the airport, which affect the passenger’s service and comfort.
Saudi Airlines has been criticized in various media for its mismanagement and continuous complaints.
Experts believe that the exclusive policy of airlines in Saudi Arabia has consistently led to their poor services.
