Zelensky: Four million Ukrainians do not have access to electricity.
The President of Ukraine said that the restrictions on the supply of electricity have affected about four million Ukrainians and they do not have access to energy.
In continuation of Ukraine’s energy crisis following Russia’s special military operation in the Donbass region, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that 4 million people would be without electricity.
In a video message that he published on his Telegram channel on Friday evening, Zelensky said that the restrictions on electricity supply have affected about four million Ukrainians and they do not have access to energy.
According to “Ryanvosti” website, he explained about this: “Many cities and regions of Ukraine implement blackout programs. “Now about four million Ukrainians do not have electricity.”
The President of Ukraine also added that the lack of electricity has affected the regions of Kyiv, Poltava, Rivne, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kravnodar and Cherkassy.
Earlier, while referring to the destruction of three energy facilities in this country during the Russian attacks, Zelensky said that new damages have been inflicted on Ukraine’s vital infrastructure. (More details)
