New Delhi: Former Indian cricket team off-spinner Harbhajan Singh once again made a controversial statement.
Talking in a Pakistani news channel program, he said that the Indian team has security issues in Pakistan, so BCCI does not want to send the team.
Harbhajan Singh said that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ramiz Raja had said in a statement that we do not have money, we have to look to the Indian board to run our cricket. If Pakistan doesn’t go, it’s our decision, you don’t come to play the World Cup, who told you to come?”
He said that India has no desire to play against Pakistan, but Pakistan needs India. Harbhajan Singh initially supported the Indian team in the ICC Champions Trophy and later said that it will not happen.
On this occasion, former Pakistan bowler Tanveer Ahmed challenged Harbhajan and said that we will se if you refuse like this for a ICC tournament, on which harbhajan got angried.
