ISLAMABAD: Defense Minister has said that long operations against Imran Khan are going to start.
Khawaja Asif while holding a press conference in Islamabad said that Imran Khan discussed the appointment of Army Chief in the meeting, when these issues are brought up in the meeting, the appointment process will be damaged.
He said that India has been targeting economy and defense since the establishment of Pakistan, Imran Khan has also targeted these two, Imran Khan’s policies have seriously damaged the country’s economy.
Khawaja Asif said that since October last year, the deployments of the army have been politicized, their process of politicizing the affairs of the army is continuing, since the lack of trust, Imran Khan has been continuously criticizing the armed forces and giving titles to them. As long as there is power, everything is right and after power goes, everything is wrong, Imran Barmla kept saying that he needs patronage.

The defense minister said that it is not the responsibility of the security forces to protect any politician, no one including Imran Khan should talk controversially about the military leadership, Imran is repeatedly asking for their help to protect his politics, the security forces are not to protect corruption. Say, Imran Khan only cares about his politics and power, I will always keep talking for army’s interference in politics.
He further said that long proceedings are going to be started against Imran Khan, something has happened, something is going to happen, action will be taken by looking at the legal aspect, our legal experts are examining it and they will take action on it. Imran’s foreign funding case has exposed many financial irregularities, the decision of the foreign funding case will create problems for him.
