Relief goods sent by friendly countries to help the victims of heavy rains and floods across the country have started reaching Pakistan.
In 11 hours, three special planes from Turkey have reached Karachi with relief materials to help the flood victims.
According to officials, 38 tons of goods arrived in Karachi in the first flight, which was received by Khuram Dastgir, provincial minister Saeed Ghani and the Turkish consul, while the second flight arrived in Pakistan with 14 tons of goods. Reached Karachi at 7 am.
The relief goods sent by the Turkish government to the flood victims of Pakistan include tents, mosquito nets and food items.
It should be noted that yesterday, the first batch of relief goods for the rehabilitation and relief of the flood victims arrived in Pakistan from the United Arab Emirates, which includes tents, food, medicines and other essential items. was received at Noor Khan Airbase.
According to media reports, in the next few days, 15 more planes will reach Pakistan with relief materials for the flood victims from the United Arab Emirates.
