Accordingly, this budget is part of the $7.5 billion aid package signed by US President Joe Biden in May.
The President of Russia issued the order for military operations in Ukraine on the 5th of Esfand (February 24). This development occurred a few days after Moscow officially recognized the independence of the republics of Donetsk and Luhansk in eastern Ukraine.
