ISLAMABAD: A delegation of Chinese state-owned company Norenko called on Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif at which the Prime Minister highlighted the importance of C-Pec for the mutual benefit and development of the two friendly countries.
According to the statement, Norinco is keen to invest in Pakistan in the areas of power and renewable energy, infrastructure, telecom, mining and IT.
The Prime Minister said that strengthening China-Pakistan economic cooperation is important for Pakistan’s socio-economic development.
The Prime Minister also invited Chinese companies to invest in renewable energy in Pakistan, especially in the vast potential of solar energy.
