ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry has said that there are several flaws in the decision of the Lahore High Court which we will take to the Supreme Court.
Reacting to the court’s decision to annul the election of Hamza Shahbaz as Chief Minister of Punjab, the PTI leader said that the decision of the High Court has further aggravated the ongoing political crisis in the province. The government has not survived, but the solution that has been given will not end the crisis.
Fawad Chaudhry said that there are many flaws in the decision of the court, a meeting of the legal committee has been convened in this regard, we will approach the Supreme Court regarding the flaws in the decision of the High Court.
