Lahore: Consultation on names of new members for expansion of Punjab cabinet has been completed.
PML-N party sources said that consultation has been completed on the names of new members for the expansion of Punjab cabinet while swearing in is likely to take place today or tomorrow.
Party sources claimed that Malik Saiful Muluk Khokhar, Bilal Yasin, Mian Mujtaba Shuja-ur-Rehman, Khawaja Imran Nazir, Malik Nadeem Kamran, Rana Mashhood Ahmed, Khalil Tahir Sindhu, Chaudhry Iqbal and Makhdoom Usman Mahmood will take oath.
On the other hand, 3 more PPP ministers and 2 advisors are likely to be included in the list of possible ministers including Col (retd) Ayub, Yawar Zaman, Tanveer Aslam, Bilal Yaseen, Zakia Shah Nawaz, Manshaullah Butt and Jahangir Khanzada.
Sources said that more than 25 ministers will be sworn in in the second phase of the Punjab cabinet. ۔
Party sources said that the Punjab cabinet is likely to be completed before the budget is presented on June 13 while the new ministers will be sworn in by Punjab Governor Baligh-ur-Rehman.
