ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nazir Tarar, while addressing the Senate session, said that it was not possible to get out of the slavery of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) overnight. Therefore, instead of leading the country towards anarchy, a solution should be found to the problems.
Addressing the Senate, the Leader of the House further said that the House should not be made a meeting place. He slammed the previous government, saying it had left the country in default in four years. The economy has sunk. Your foot is not clean either. Going to government does not mean death.
He said that they have laid the chains of IMF on us, they are fugitives and lies are being told. Azam Nazir Tarar said that we have to show seriousness by giving up advertisements and fabrications. If we work with a cold heart, we will be able to avoid chaos.
Addressing a meeting in the Senate, the Law Minister said that immediate liberation from slavery of IMF is not possible, but we all have to work together to make Pakistan better. Everyone knows the reasons for withdrawing the subsidy. Matters of subsidizing the people are on the table of the Prime Minister.
