ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that as Leader of the Opposition he had proposed the Charter of Economy in the year 2018 which was ignored.
On the social networking site Twitter, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif tweeted that as Leader of the Opposition, he proposed a Charter of Economy to the then government in 2018, which he had ignored with contempt, so it was time.
The Prime Minister wrote that it has been decided to start the process of consultation with all the political parties on the proposal of the Charter of Economy, the purpose of the consultation is to take all the parties into confidence.
