ISLAMABAD: Allies of PML-N in the federation have conditionally supported leaving the government. Leading journalist Naeem Ashraf Butt has reported that Pakistan Muslim League has once again started consultations regarding leaving the government.
In this regard, during the last two days, there were long meetings of government allies in the Prime Minister’s Office where majority of the allies supported leaving the government and said that if they do not get support from the institutions then leave the government but ten days a week. I will make the final decision after getting the necessary legislation from the Parliament.
It has been reported that some members of the PPP are now in favor of leaving the government if they do not get the required support. Addressing the nation is also being delayed.
On the other hand, Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said that Imran Khan will be removed and our hands and feet will be tied. We did not know that the government is being bracketed from all sides. They are responsible for the situation. If we have not started the economy, why should we take responsibility? Even raising the price of petrol according to IMF will not solve the situation.
Talking to media, he said that if we have not started the economy then why take responsibility. If the IMF is with us then the country is ready to take over. Whoever will control the inflation, they want help from the institutions not for themselves but for the country. In our view, Imran Khan’s deadline is of no importance. In the environment created by this person, people cannot go to the polls. In the elections, people will be face to face.
