Reacting to the court’s decision, Shahbaz Gill said that our elders had cut their necks in 1947 and crossed the Wagah border to live in an independent country. Now it seems that they have returned to the situation of 1947.
According to details, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill while reacting to the decision of the Supreme Court on April 3 rolling of the Deputy Speaker said that it seems that now the situation of 1947 has returned.
Shahbaz Gul wrote in a statement on Twitter that our elders had cut their necks in 1947 and crossed the Wagah border to live in an independent country. He said that our elders probably did not know that they were being enslaved by America instead of Britain.
He said that it seems that now they are back to the situation of 1947. It is to be noted that the Supreme Court of Pakistan has ruled in the case of Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Suri’s Rolling on April 3, on the issue of dissolving the National Assembly by the President.
A five-member bench of the apex court unanimously ruled that the dissolution of the National Assembly by the President on the advice of Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri on April 3 and the Prime Minister’s advice to reject the no-confidence motion was unconstitutional. The Supreme Court in its decision said that the session of the National Assembly should be convened on April 9.
