Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry termed the news desk of Jang newspaper as the center of preparation of false news. This is the place where fabricated news is prepared.
These views were expressed by Federal Minister for Information, Broadcasting and Leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Fawad Chaudhry in his tweet and criticized Jang newspaper.
In a tweet, Fawad Chaudhry said that Jang newspaper reported that 33 members of PTI had defected, including Sardar Nasrullah Dareshk and Riaz Fatyana.
The federal minister said that the members whose names were included in the Jang newspaper had sought clarification from the reporter.
He further said that it was found out that the fake news report with the list of deviant members was not filed but was prepared at the fake news desk.
It may be recalled that Shahbaz Gul, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan, had termed Geo TV as PML-N’s TV and said that PTI had announced a boycott of Jang and Geo Group for ‘unilateral reporting’.
