 Islamic Jihad, in response to the welcome of the Zionist regime leader in Ankara, stated that Turkey’s behavior is contradictory.

In this regard, Haitham Abu al-Ghazlan, the secretary general of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement in Lebanon, told Al-Ahd news website that the reception of the Zionist leader in Turkey was strongly condemned.

“The Turkish people have always declared their unwavering support for the Palestinian cause, but unfortunately the Turkish government has its own interests and goals, and it thinks that improving relations with Washington goes through the Tel Aviv route, but this is a great danger for Ankara,” he said.

Abu al-Ghazlan added that trying to restore relations with the enemy under the pretext of the interests of this or that country is a betrayal of Jerusalem and Palestine.

“Relations between Turkey and Turkey and the Zionist regime have not been severed despite various political tensions at various times, and economic, diplomatic and security cooperation has continued,” said Kaid al-Ghoul, a member of the political bureau of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.

He added that there is a contradiction in Ankara’s policies, which, when associated with the Zionist regime and NATO members in hostile policies against the nations of the region, believes that the gateway is close to the Arab countries, attracting their nations and influencing their feelings. It is to support the Palestinian cause, and that is what is being propagated in the media, but in practice it is being done against it.
