Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry said that the thinking of the opposition is to control the army and conspired against it.
During his press conference, the Federal Minister released a video on the issue of ‘Dawn leaks’ which came to the fore during Nawaz Sharif’s tenure. He said that today Pakistan’s foreign policy is independent and sovereign, the opposition is bothered that they do not want Pakistan’s foreign policy to be free and independent, the money of opposition leaders is in European countries, so these people Do not want the country’s foreign policy to be independent.
The Federal Minister said that it has been decided by the government and all institutions that Pakistan’s foreign policy should be independent, sovereign and subject to Pakistan’s interests. He said that good relations with Western countries and European Union were in Pakistan’s interest. Yes, we want good relations with all the countries of the world.
He said that all our members are with us and some other people are also with us, we have the support of 179 members. 4 to 5 members of the Opposition Assembly are also in touch with us. Their names will also be revealed in due course.
