Sanaa proposes to dissolve the Arab League and replace it with another organization.
The Deputy Foreign Minister of the Yemeni National Salvation Government proposed that the Arab League be dissolved due to its degrading positions and replaced by another institution.
The Deputy Foreign Minister of the Yemeni National Salvation Government, Hussein al-Azzi, proposed that the Arab League be dissolved.
He wrote on Twitter: “The Arab League is a name that is associated with tragedies, humiliating and shameful positions in the minds of Arabs, and this institution could not gain the trust of our great nation.” Since Sanaa has a privilege in the idea of establishing the Arab League and is one of its four founders, it once again proposes its dissolution and the creation of an alternative called the Union of Arab Countries, based in Egypt or Yemen.
Other Sanaa officials have previously criticized the Arab League for supporting the Saudi coalition, saying that the money of the Saudis and the United Arab Emirates has exceeded the principles of the Arab League.
