Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry has termed the Usman Mirza, GT Road Rape, Jatoi cases as a challenge to the justice system and said that the question arises as to why these cases are not being handled on a daily basis. It is the duty of the state to bring such cases to a logical conclusion.
According to details, Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry in his statement on social networking site Twitter said that Usman Mirza, GT road rape, Jatoi cases are a challenge to the justice system, the question is why these cases are not running on a daily basis. Why are these being taken as normal cases?
Fawad Chaudhry said that the prosecution and the court should fulfill their responsibility, it is the duty of the state to bring the cases to a logical conclusion. Usman Mirza, GT Road Rape case and Jatoi case are challenges for our justice system. Why aren’t they running and why are they being taken as normal cases? It may be recalled that the girl victim in Usman Mirza case has deviated from her statement and refused to convey the information to the accused. The hospital was said to have been founded by Shah Rukh Jatoi’s father and the private hospital was built in a bungalow for Shah Rukh Jatoi’s residence.
