Sixteen more illegal tower-style projects have been uncovered in Shar-e-Quaid. Despite the orders of the Deputy Commissioner, Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has not revoked the permits of the occupied land projects. The district administration has also appealed to the citizens not to buy and sell in illegal projects.
According to sources, the district administration has issued another notice to the illegal projects around Malir Sector 40. Sources said that despite the orders of the Deputy Commissioner, the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) Permits not revoked.
According to sources, the illegal project of 435 Taluka Airport in Malir was also sealed last year. More flats and shops are being built, illegal project is also being investigated in NAB Karachi for 3 years, the builder has also started housing in some flats.
The district administration has also appealed to the citizens not to buy and sell in illegal projects. The administration has also put up banners outside the projects to be illegal and not to buy and sell.
