Sanaa and other sea and land crossings and the lifting of the blockade should be achieved as a prelude to the withdrawal of foreign forces from Yemen and the payment of compensation to Yemen and its people, and then the drawing of political solutions with the participation of all parties involved in the Yemeni war.
He stressed that Sanaa welcomes a comprehensive and just peace without preconditions that undermine Yemeni national sovereignty and decision-making independence.
